In 2020, sovaSage introduced the first AI-based software platform designed to select and fit the optimal PAP mask for OSA patients. In early 2023, the Company introduced its next innovative product, TherapistAssist JeanieTM. Jeanie is the world’s first Virtual Sleep Coach, available, 24/7/365, a PAP compliance management platform, augmented with the industry’s leading live support sleep coaches and respiratory therapists.
This revolutionary offering has been widely adopted in the HME/DME industry in the US, and Mr. Caputo has played a key role in driving its rollout. “Our customers/partners are witnessing tremendous workflow efficiencies, which have enabled them to scale, allowed their respiratory therapists to spend more time on valuable patient care, and improved overall patient compliance,” said Caputo, previously VP of Strategic Business Development.
sovaSage is pleased to announce that Caputo will now be responsible for all sales activities at the company. “Jamie’s extensive experience in PAP compliance management and resupply, his over 25+ years in HME, and his well-established relationships from previously leading the Philips PAMS and medSage programs have proven invaluable,” said co-founder and CEO of sovaSage, William Kaigler.
