Clinical Sleep Health Consulting, LLC (CSHCLLC), co-founded by frontline sleep navigators and national speakers Kelly Gladden, RRT, RPSGT, CCSH, RST, and Mrs. Donnie J. Brown-Hill, MPH, BS, CCSH, RPSGT, CPC, proudly announces its official soft launch on September 2, 2025. Built by clinicians who are still in scrubs, still on the floors, still in the boardroom, and still in the community, CSHCLLC is setting a new national standard in hospital-based sleep health implementation.
CSHCLLC was created to close the gap between clinical practice guidelines and real-world hospital operations, ensuring sleep becomes recognized and integrated as a clinical priority. With the American Academy of Sleep Medicine’s (AASM) recent 2025 guidelines recommending in-hospital OSA screening, treatment continuation, and discharge planning, CSHCLLC is uniquely positioned to help hospitals and clinicians respond with evidence-based, system-ready solutions.
What the Soft Launch Includes
Vetting & Application Process: Hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare leaders are invited to begin the application process through the company’s official website. Direct messages (DMs) will not be accepted; all inquiries are routed through the vetting portal.
Cohort Preparation for CSHP™ Certification: The Clinical Sleep Health Practitioner (CSHP™) program, limited to CCSH and RPSGT credential holders, launches as the only national cohort-based certification dedicated to hospital sleep navigation. Each participant will complete training followed by a required pilot program within their own institution to validate outcomes.
CSHLI™ Leadership Intensive Announcement: The Clinical Sleep Health Leadership Intensive (CSHLI™) is being introduced as a first-of-its-kind education track and summit for up to 40 RPSGTs and CCSHs. This program provides CEUs, leadership strategies, and advocacy tools to help participants approach hospital leadership about starting sleep navigation programs. Unlike CSHP™, CSHLI™ does not involve intellectual property transfer but equips leaders to create a pathway forward.
Why It Matters
- Poor sleep is linked to 172 diseases and fuels hospital readmissions.
- Staff fatigue contributes to burnout and billions in healthcare costs.
- Most hospitals lack structured programs to integrate sleep into patient care.
CSHCLLC solves that. Through certification, licensing, and education, the firm ensures sleep is treated as the vital sign it truly is.
Co-Founders’ Statement
“Sleep isn’t a luxury. It’s a clinical priority™,” says co-founder Kelly Gladden. “We’ve been the proof for years…rounding with patients, rewriting EMR notes, and helping staff recover. Now, through CSHCLLC, we’re ensuring hospitals nationwide have a pathway to do the same.”
“Our goal is to prepare the next generation of CCSH and RPSGT leaders,” adds co-founder Mrs. Donnie J. Brown-Hill. “With CSHLI™, we give professionals the tools to start conversations with leadership. With CSHP™, we certify those ready to take it to system-wide pilots and licensing.”
